Was just there and staff was flat out refusing to serve the inside customers there was a line of people to order and people who needed condiments workers were only focused on drive through guy next to me said he had been asking for jelly for 20 minutes I also needed jelly and after having to raise my voice two times I was then handed jelly very rude workers and food was over cooked and cold by the time I got jelly I won’t go back this location sucks
A young girl named Gabby was loud and obnoxious. She was incredibly unprofessional, even for a young girl shoutingabouthiw shortstaffedtheywere, going to the bathroom and sheer nonsense. As I sat in the drive thru watching and listening, she noticed me and was instantly confrontational, asking me if I needed something. This is a busy location. So, one would consider receiving fresh food. Not something thrown together, barely wrapped and over cooked. I personally do not mind waiting for freshly prepared food. One of the Mgrs here needs training in hospitality because if a customer has a complaint, perhaps there really is an issue with poor food quality. Shouldn't a manager verify what the product looks like from time to time? Is the food being served according to specifications? Is presentable, is it under or overcooked?
