So I try to order a number 6 with a hi C and proceeded to tell me that they don’t have any also goes for Orange juice in the morning, then tell me do I just want the sandwich and a hash brown and I said that’s fine. When I got up to the second window I get charged a second time for an other hash brown but was told I can just get the sandwich and the hash brown. A meal with no beverage, but charge extra for a hash brown doesn’t make any sense!!! Very upset.
Decided to go inside and order as the drive-thru line was long and barely moving. After ordered via the kiosk, we waited about 20+ minutes for our food while people after us were already getting their meals. Once we got our food, we were missing 3 items and the items we did get were wrong. It took another 20+ minutes to get the rest of our order and for the items to get corrected. Would not visit this location again.
NOTE: This is my first and only 1 star review I've made. I brought my children to this McDonald's and found a dozen middle schoolers hanging out in the play area. They were swearing, yelling, and throwing ketchup packets at the wall. Some were on the slide. My kids could not play and were afraid to leave their seats. I notified the staff, who spoke with them, but they were back 20 minutes later. I even talked to the ketchup thrower, asking him to clean up, but he ran away. This has happened SEVERAL TIMES. It certainly isn’t the best run or friendliest McDonalds to go to. Food and service could use improvements.
