First off I almost feel silly writing a review, but I’ve had such terrible service every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s and today was no exception. I placed an order online for a medium french fry To pick up in-store. I waited 15 minutes and tried to get several associates attention multiple times only to be ignored. McDonald’s is always McDonald’s. Wish they actually filled up your drinks though. Orange juice is never, ever filled to the top.
The manager named David was really helpful for my special request. He was kind, and helped manage his staff efficiently so that they could get the job done, and seemed like a great manager. Well done, David!
