Expensive and bad food. Long wait. Dirty lobby. Manager lady walks slow with dead look in eyes. Steak bagel is over $7 here and comes dry,cold, and missing sauce.
Trying to eat lunch while breathing in the paint fumes. I appreciate touching up and keeping things looking nice, coming from restaurant management experience but repainting the touchscreen kiosks while the dinning room is open and people are eating does not show much concern for customer experience. This should be done afterhours.
this is unfortunately the last straw i’ve had with this place. i come through the drive thru saying i had TWO mobile orders. lady tells me to pull up but there’s no cars behind me?? after waiting for 10 minutes, she gives me the drinks for both orders but only gives me food for one?? had to turn around back from my house and to the restaurant and i got ALMOST the rest of my food. i was missing a ranch and a chicken sandwich. and it’s only this location. do better
Was moved to spot #1 to wait for drive through order, and waited over 15 minutes for the food to come out which ended up being the complete wrong order. Reversed back into the drive through lane to tell the workers, then had to pull up to 3rd window and wait 15 more minutes for the correct order which was missing condiments requested. Fries were cold after waiting 30 minutes in total.
