The absolute worst McDonald's I've been to. Placed a mobile pick up order, came inside and couldn't get help from anyone. At the same time there were employees sitting on the counters where the food is prepared and yapping and looking at me. Finally got my order amd there was food missing from the order while the employees all still stood around and did nothing and I had to yell for someone to actually listen that I was there.

Order in person and they almost always get it right, order on the app and they get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Missing items, items made incorrectly and when you file a complaint on the app and tell them items were missing, they refuse to give a refund for the missing items that were paid for.
Went trough the drive through and asked for my order. Tell me how she repeated it correctly. But then when we get it. We are told that things were removed from our order. I had asked for a round egg with my bagel and I got the square egg. I asked for a mango drink and they gave me strawberry. I asked for a caramel mochiato. They decided to remove it for some reason.
