Bad customer’s Service, I went tonight at 12:40am; the lady at the drive thru was in complete bad manners and aggressive, and charged me for food i did not request. I am disappointed

Pull up to one of the drive thru speakers for breakfast and I am sitting there for over 3-4 minutes before anyone says anything. Meanwhile multiple cars are going through other drive thru speaker. The literal worst McDonald's I have ever been too.
