Come here often due to work. Usually isn't an issue besides some people mad so it takes longer in line. This time I waited twenty six minutes and decided to leave. Ordered my food, never got it. Had to go, I'm sure they are busy somehow but I saw very few people in the drive through and at the counter/kiosk.
The drive was far they do have long line but they got us fast and the food as great. They also have a play place for the kids and area to go a to watch your kids. Very clean place
My 4 year old son loves the play place at this location, and it's close to home so we come regularly, but after the horrible treatment I received today I likely will not return. My son's toy fell underneath the play structure and was unable to be retrieved. I went to the counter to ask for another toy. It took forever to get help, and I offered to show my receipt to them and they said they couldn't give me another toy. Then, after more waiting while workers passed me by, I asked another worker if I could pay for another toy.... read more
"Always double check your order is correct. They have a poor track record with mine at this location. The food is great sometimes though. Having to pull in and go inside because they forgot your kids fries when you have a 3yo isn't always ideal." (3stars) Three years ago and nothing changed. They still mess up meals, forget items, take forever, don't clean and have no care for the happy meals or parents, their play center is probably the only thing keeping them going.
