Well, where to start. Our food was brought out cold and dry (hard to do with a quarter pounder), no napkins, and packed in to-go boxes despite asking to dine in. While we waited two people were ahead of us complaining they had been waiting an hour, the people in the back were arguing loudly, all the machines were beeping and going off. Truly an experience. Avoid this location.
By far the worst McDonald's in Greenville. Beth, one of the managers there is horrible!! I asked for something to be remade because it clearly was not right. She told me that's the way they rung it up and that's the way it had to be served
I ordered food online and went to the store to pick it up. My phone showed the order was completed! But the front desk said they didn't have my order. I had already confirmed my name when I arrived. After waiting for half an hour, they only gave me two burgers. I clearly ordered two meal sets: two burgers and one kids meal. I showed the order to the front desk, but they denied it and didn't give me the drinks. I'm so disappointed. And I can't get a refund through the app...
