Did a mobile order. Sat there for 35 minutes waiting for the order. They made me park in a stall. Tried to bring me 5 different orders. When they finally brought me the right order they were missing a sandwich and two drinks. Made me wait another 5 minutes. I had to go in and get the rest of my order. Not ONCE did I get a “thank you” or “I’m sorry” girl just threw my food on the counter and moved onto the next person. HORRIBLE customer service.
No one should have to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru for cold, hard food, and half of the order was totally wrong. This restaurant need people who care about what they are serving, or just shut the establishment completely down. NEVER AGAIN!!
I haven't had this in a long time, but bought it yesterday as a treat for myself. I ordered ice mocha but look at this. This was taste less and she didn't make mix properly. This was worst my ice mocha.
DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. I’ve had so many bad times here over the last few months. The previous time I went the person through the speaker in the drive thru said I was good to pull up after giving my mobile order number. When I got to first window I watched four male workers stand there talking to each other, completely ignoring me at the window. I keep getting ripped off from my large meal orders, instead of getting a large drink I’m given a medium, and one day when I asked for a large drink with my large meal. The person taking the order asked sarcastically “Another one?”. At which point I told them that on the ordering menu it was showing a medium drink. Then all of the sudden the medium drink was then changed to a large on the menu and the pricing of the entire meal after that point didn’t change.
