I have never been treated so poorly or talked down to like I was tonight while going through the drive thru at this location. I had placed an order online, waited about 10 mins, and then headed to go pick up my order. Once I got to the drive thru order screen, the automated message greeted me. The absolute worst McDonald’s in Wichita period. Min. 30 minute wait every time.
The morning manager made my drink. lol. By the looks of her hair, she is lazy. Couldn’t even stir my drink. All I could do is laugh.
We were told we could dine inside, and the staff even removed chairs from the table to accommodate us. When we asked if the lobby was open, we were assured that it was—and that the restaurant operates 24 hours. However, at 10:00, the manager arrived and, in a very snarky tone, told us to leave because the lobby closes at that time. The entire experience felt confusing and frustrating. We will not be going back.!
