Went through the drive thru and was asked if I was using the mobile app.,I proceeded to say yes and give the #. Then nothing, I waited a bit and said hello did you get the number? The girl responded no, just no, nothing else, so I said I'll give it to you again. The first window to pay wasn't open, so you paid and got your food at the same window. Exceptional Service at McDonald’s – 417 7th St, Liverpool, NY I have NEVER had a McDonald's experience like the one I had on 3/4/2023! Sure, they advertise being the fastest—but how often is the food fresh and the order correct? Well, this location nailed it.
