Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. And surprisingly I was given a sausage egg and cheese bagel. If I was Muslim or just allergic to pork that would have been the end of this franchise location.

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. This happened on Sunday at around 9:30 PM. I had already ordered, sat inside the restaurant, and finished my meal without any issues. When I went back to the counter to place a second order to go, I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. The employee completely ignored me the entire time. I ordered through the McDonald's app around 11pm. When I arrived at 11:15pm all outside doors were locked, after 5-10 minute's of waiting and gently tapping the window every few minutes while employees are looking at me and ignoring me, I then wait at the drive through (I didn't have a vehicle) I'm standing at the screen where they take orders, I'm standing there as cars are driving past and the employees take orders, after maybe the second or third car gets there order taken, I enter the line of vehicles, after 30 minutes o... read more
