The employee were rude I did forget to mention my food allergie but then told them I’d watie had to ask for my total care the lady was trying to rush all to find out she didn’t even ring in the right meal offered to pay the difference an was met with attitude from the manager… so be worked for this company in the passed an even at corporate locations…. I went here for lunch and waited 15 minutes at the front counter before anyone even acknowledged me or took my order! Then by the time I got my food I had 5 minutes left on break! They need more people working or they all need to be re trained! My nuggets were cold, my fries were soggy and I got no sauce to top it off! 😡
They need to get it together here. Nuggets are burnt. They taste charred. Ordered a bacon burger and they had no bacon on it.
This place hates door dash orders. Never includes straws for drinks. Ordered breakfast including 2 biscuit sandwiches and a hash brown, and they just put a single hash brown in the bag and nothing else... Constantly getting orders wrong if you aren't in the restaurant to call them on it. I will now be editing my post every time this restaurant fails to prepare my order properly: 3/14: Ordered a large soda and a medium shamrock shake - no straws provided. 3/19: Large soda - no straw
