very unprofessional I received the wrong food in my order and they told me that I could come through and get a replacement. Then, when I came through to get the replacement meal, they would not honor what they told me.
Worst customer service ever!!! Woman at drive thru obviously didn’t want to be there. Was over charged and had to have it corrected Will never go back

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in 18 countries, 3rd world service at best. I ordered at curbside, 30 MINUTES later I went in to ask where my order was, I showed the receipt and the MANAGER got angry with me and said ‘there is no order for this!’, even though I showed the receipt! She pointed at the prepared food and said ‘See! No order!’ - as if somehow the order and fulfillment process was my responsibility?? Eventually she basically threw a bag of food at me.
