Worst McDonald's. It's sad to because this location wasnt always horrible. It's always dirty. Last 5-6 times I have been there doesn't look like it ever gets wiped down or mopped everywhere had trash or food on table. Staff is really awful they don't come to the front unless bringing food and even you ask for stuff they talk in Spanish and ignore and you wait more. Truly awful and the soda machine had to much syrup and it stuck to the ice. Really gross. Just awful. Id give it a zero if I could
Literally never get the order right and I’ve only been here twice. Missing food items and slow service. Then the staff is rude because they forgot the food… just annoying.
The food is obviously McDonalds food, not good not bad. Main complaint is occasionally things will be out of service. For example they only have one working kiosk currently which can clog it up quite a bit. Their ice cream machine is currently down as well.
The staff is slow and rude; they see people standing there but ignore them—they don't even ask what they want. It’s supposed to be fast food, yet I don't understand how it takes 20 minutes to get two McChickens when the place is empty—and this isn't the first time. Truly terrible service.
Literally the worst experience EVER at a McDonald. We went in the lobby and was refused to take our order and was ordered to use the kesox. After waiting over 10 min your cold order was delivered. I asked for the manager to give us hot fries and it all went down hill from there. She refused to give us hot fries and threatened to call the police on us. God forbid you wait 20 minutes for your to go order and be served cold french fries. This manager should be fired immediately
