They never give me my sauces even when they charge me they always get every order wrong. They just be hiring anybody and anyone at this point. When we ask for some sauced they always charge but even when they come with the order they never put anything in our bags. Worst customer service. People who work there are always rude and don’t seem to be happy to be working there.
I really do not understand why is it so hard to order a coffee with no cream and no sugar. I first asked at the drive thru and confirmed no cream no sugar. Came to the window and it's very obvious that it has cream. I tell the guy and he looks at my receipt and his monitor then storms away like it was my fault. Makes a new coffee I take a sip and it's very apparent it has sugar. I was just done after that. Please help me understand why making a coffee with no cream and to sugar so very hard.
