The service here is super unprofessional. They made me wait an hour for my order, and then they told me it had already been picked up.

Instead of making patrons sit and wait aimlessly if you’re not open then get on the box and say you’re simply not open or serving until a certain time it’s so rude and unprofessional. also change your store hours if you’re not actually open if you’re going through a shift change say that.

I despise AI drive-throughs. But if any place deserves to be completely replaced with AI it’s this awful place. Terrible service. Absolutely the slowest McDonald I have ever been to. 100% of the time it’s unforgettably horrible. Management what are you doing?!

The cashier in front I think her name is Wanda, she’s great! It’s the remaining staff that gets the 1star. They’ll look at you and not acknowledge the customer at all, so you just standing at the counter until Ms Wanda comes and helps you. I ate my lunch and asked for a refill and was told by the same lady that ignored me for 3 minutes McDonalds don’t do refills. She didn’t see me but she heard me. Needs to be more professional
