Drove through and remembered why I stopped coming to this location. Typically my household enjoys McDonald's and we don't have a problem. Unfortunately this location has consistently provided the worst customer service I've ever had at any McDonald's and I don't think my order's been right one time. I came through and ordered 7 sausage biscuits and 2 Bis and Gravy and stated this twice. When I received my order I was shorted a Bis and Gravy. Then the man in drive thru and the manager made me pull forward and let me sit in my car for 15 mins mean while my other food got cold. The customer service is horrible and the manager should be fired. No matter what these people can never get the order correct but want to make $20 an hour.? This place deserves zero stars.
