The chicken in the chicken burger is cold and they won't replace it
Horrible customer service! Went through the drive thru didn’t even get acknowledged then he told us he’s too busy we need to wait !!!
I do not know what has happened to this McDonald's location. I used to consider it among the best in the world. Now they cannot even keep the drive thru operating properly. I was with another person and we had two orders for drive thru pickup. They immediately sent me to a parking space. I sat there and received one of the orders after more than 10 minutes waiting. Ordered ahead online to pick up I. THE DRIVE THROUGH. They made me park anyway and them I had to wait twenty minutes! Then they kept trying to give me food that wants mine! THEN they lost my order and I had to show them the receipt. Another ten minutes later I FINALLY got my food not that I had time to eat it at that point. I don't know why we can order ahead and for pick up in the drive through if NOTHING is done that way.
