I received my food cold and it looks like they just reheated the meat cause I asked for well done and it looks like it's burnt.The people in patient and didn't look happy being there it sucks that you have to pay for your kid to have a warm meal.But yet when you receive the food gets cold , especially the french fries , cold and hard
Trash everywhere in the lobby. A great first impression. The second was the staff that took their time not caring that there was six people in line. You pay 15 bucks for a hamburger fries and a drink you think you'd get better service. McDonald's customer service is obviously a thing of the past. Next time In-N-Out here I come.

missed half my oders, takes 10minutes to get an employees attention. They look at you but will ignore and walk away when theres a long line of customers
The soda machine does not work properly, it does not properly mix the drinks or is dirty inside cause every flavor tasted weird and the food feels as of you were eating cardboard
