I opened my order and was missing 2 nuggets from my 20 piece mcnugget. This is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they're constantly sponsoring their "gold sauce," and when I ordered it, they gave me some creamy chili. I don't want creamy chili, or else I would've ordered it. This makes me extremely upset. I used to eat at this location often, and now I vow to never eat there again. One bad apple ruins the bunch, and now this location is sullied. I officially hate this location.
This McDonald's is not always able to prepare the order exactly as ordered by checking the receipt. I always end up having to go back to the store with the receipt because the order is not there. I am amazed that this McDonald's has made no attempt to improve the situation despite the fact that this has happened so many times. I tried to send feedback through McDonald's website, but it doesn't work properly. The manager on duty came up to me with an attitude when I asked why the app allowed a customer to order lunch prior to lunch. She advised I don’t know and that she didn’t care
