I ordered food from the screen and made the order to eat in and to be served. They never served it themselves and left it by the pickup spot. My friend got fries and was overcooked. Also no geetings or politeness, but they could laugh and mess around in the back. Wonder why the reviews are so low
Pushing orders through before we finished talking, then got mad about having to add the last thing we said. Kind of funny really. Service was really slow too. Food was fine though. We rely on McDonald's to be a quick service, but we would have gone elsewhere if I had knew it would be like that.
Went here tonight, placed order at exactly 9:29 pm, there were only 2 cars ahead of us, both of them had to get parked to wait on their food and then we were told to park to wait for food, then we watched as every single car after us had to be parked as well. Young girl came to our car asking if we got “this and this”, wasn’t our order so we told her no and I started telling her what we ordered she didn’t even let me finish started laughing and walked away to go up to multiple other cars to try to find whoever ordered it. i got food at 10 pm in dt and the person who was bagging guess she the manger was disrespecting her members even tho they where working hard and there was just no respect im her tone now i love coming here everything always fresh and the costumer service is amazing but i come for lunch mainly then dinner idk it jest seemed so off and i just hipe it get fixed because i love it here just the respect was not there
