Placed a breakfast order online at 10. Staff refused to serve me because I arrived to pick up at 10:30. They told me they would cancel the order but never did so I'm being charged for food I never received. No apologies or explanations given. Really disappointing.
Breakfast was good loved it and enjoyed it with my husband a big surprise before he went to work. Loved it.
