Honestly they don’t even deserve not one star at all… I went to McDonalds today for my lunch and I accidentally made a mistake and ordered 20 spicy nuggets instead of original I went up to the register I told the lady there that I made a mistake and I would like to change the nuggets that’s all… they weren’t trying to change the nuggets for me… gave me an attitude rolled her eyes and walked away mind you they didn’t even give me my fries… I paid and I never got my food I just got up and walked out never even got my money bac... read more
I’m so disappointed with Connecticut McDonald’s and KFC!!! I came from New York and I really thought it would be better but it’s not. This McDonald’s literally ignores customers at the register trying to place an order. I literally had to walk behind the counter to scream is there anyone going to take my order!!! The wait was more than 5 minutes just to make an order and I’m the only one at the counter. train your fricking employees. waited in line for like 10 mins just for the lady to be rude as hell. I usually come here to get a coke with vanilla syrup And I ordered it and this lady just goes "no" and just keeps repeating the word no💀 i just told her to cancel the order and left🙂 so done with this place tbh im on my way to duchess to get my vanilla coke because the employee there are actually wonderful😂 highly recommend duchess😛
