If McDonald’s wants to make this restaurant even decent, they need to hire more staff. The wait times at this restaurant are 20 minutes or more in the drive-through even during non-busy periods. It takes too long and ruins the entire McDonald’s drive-through/fast food experience it’s in the best Real Estate position in Fort Wayne in the busiest nicest area of town and yet it’s always a bad experience because of the wait times. So busy all you see is license plates for most of the time you are there.
Went here at 2:13 am through the drive thru and noone even acknowledged i was waiting . After 10 minutes I just left. Other cars where there even longer. Will not be back.
