Um, I'm sorry, but wth? Tonight we went to order a #4 and a #7 in the drive-thru, only to be told we could not get the #4 as a value meal but had to pay for the sandwich, the fries, and the drink (root beer) separately?? I was so baffled but we kept being told we could not order a #4 value meal as a combo. So then when I moved on to ask for the #7, the person punched it in and added the (previously-requested) fries and root beer for the #7, and then I was told I could get the second drink if I paid for that individually? my bun is stale. you guys are so wrong you know it was stale when you made it. your karma will be beyond me stay prepared.
This is the third time that they have made a mistake forgot half of my food and the rest was cold when they supposedly remade it I would not recommend this McDonald's to anybody and then when I try to get it replaced for the second time I just asked for my refund I had my receipt and food they would not do it they need to fire all the managers there and hire people that are competent
