Places an online order for pick up just to be told we couldn't get our food because they closed early. They closed at 9 pm this day we were in the drive thru at 8:50 pm. Now I have to wait for them to refund my money. Because the app wouldn't let me cancel my order because "order was being prepared" This was on 11/04/2025
It was good but I had gotten some spicy chicken nuggets but as I was eating some I found a little tiny bone inside of my chicken nugget…
I've been coming to this store for the past 3 years since moving up here. It used to be real good in the beginning ,I'm not sure what's been happening in the last 6 to 8 months. Couple days ago it just took me over the edge. They pissed me off so much that I actually had to call corporate. Something I've never done in 50 years of eating at any McDonald's.
