They are infested with rats. There’s a video circulating on Tik Tok with rats crawling on the ice cream cones in broad daylight. Rats carry germs, eat here at your own risk.
Drinks were flat (low to no carbonation), food (pie) was so old it was hard and not edible. Overall poor service too.
