Arrived at drive thru, ordered 1 Sausage Cheese Bisc. Total was 2.69 with a total of 2.96 after being charged .16 cents tax and .11 cents tax, I gave Cashier 5.00 bill Cashier accepted 5.00 bill closed window (while never once saying "we do not have any pennies would you happen to have exact change?"), Cashier then opened window and returned 2.00 stated no pennies and closed window, after trying to get Cashier's attention by saying excuse me 3 times and being ignored my Husband blew the horn, Cashier then opened the window, ... read more

Absolutely IDIOTIC service here as I had been to this location before. The manager on duty TONIGHT..an Hispanic lady that o believe was middle aged..well she failed to replace a shake that was supposed to be CHOCOLATE when it was Vanilla. Bring an African American she IMMEDIATELY threatened to call the police on a matter that could have been fixed VERY EASILY. She than RAN and refused to give me her name nor rank or position.
