I’ve begun to really dislike McDonald’s. Wait 10 min in a parking spot while numerous other cars behind us get their order. Then the wrong order (a smaller one than ours) is brought out. Then we get home and realize they can’t even fill a large fries up to the top, making it a medium fries, for the price of the large. And how do I get reimbursed for that? I ordered 2 meal with water n medium fries they forget to give me one fries and two bottle of water it was around 8 pm no customer no rush than also they took around 20 mins to give my order and also when I reach back home found items missing SHAME ON MC DONALD AND POOR SERVICE N OUTLET WONT VISIT AGAIN 🥲
The employees here make me wish for AI to take their jobs asap. The blonde lady was glued to her phone the entire time I waited for my order. The younger one looked miserable and it was reflected in her customer service.
