My orders have been consistently incorrect. Even when I go in and they remake they still somehow still get it incorrect! I'm still waiting on a refund for my last order and have not received it yet. Worst part is that my order isn't actually complicated at all. The food always tastes old and gross too.
The woman on headset/present which her name was April, she did not read out the order to us or tell us our total after ordering. When we got to the window she did not read out our order once again and continued to hand us food with missing items. We had told her and she got snappy. I literally work at another McDonalds, understand it can become stressful at times but I also am aware of how you are supposed to handle customers and she did not go about this correctly. The food was still phenomenal!
