i eat and mcdonald’s here and there but this location is horrible the few times i’ve gone. i ordered on doordash this time so i don’t waste time driving and sitting in the line…which is ALWAYS wrapped around the building and barely moving. I ordered a mcflurry and other stuff but didn’t receive the mccflurry? called mcdonald’s no answer ofc. what’s the point of having a contact number ?? all this money the company had and apparently the machine is always broken or they don’t want to clean it.

Our kid accidentally spilled milkshake on the floor. Two employees saw this, but did nothing. Didn’t clean this for 30 minutes, then we left. We tried to clean, but we didn’t have wipes enough.

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my recent visit on March 15, 2026 at the McDonald’s location at 1963 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth, Georgia. We order2 ranch snckwrp they give us the spicy for both. My daughter go ask for the ranch sauce cuz she said it’s ok to keep the spicy just adding ranch on it . They ask for 0.35or 0.39 for the sauce。 we stop by this store many times..first time happen this to me。they don't have name tag on，i don't know they name。The service attitude is very bad.。I should have asked them to change our meal. ！disappointment！
