I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now. I ask the employee why my drink was not filled on the way. He said they didn’t put enough ice in there. Excuse me??!?!? I asked why it was not filled all the way not for you to explain that they didn’t not put the amount of ice required to rip me off, mind you the drink is $2+. This is a big disappointment.
Unresolved issue. I arrived while it was storming. The system had gone down. I used 5000 pts. And even with the online support options route still no resolve. This was day b4 memorial day and it's June 20th. No resolve and the tickets last 72 hours before you have to reopen. But it's careless. To many hoops and I don't eat here enough to give it that type of energy but when something is incorrect wrong or unjustified I do care about resolve. And am very unsatisfied.
