I want to recognize Marcus, who has been working the overnight shift during several of my recent visits. A couple of nights ago, the drive-thru intercom was down and some customers were getting impatient, but Marcus kept his composure, worked hard, and did his best to keep everyone moving. Dont go here if you want to be waiting 30+ minutes for a happy meal.
I’m very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. Almost every time I order, something is missing. If it’s not the sauces, it’s the fries, and today I was missing an entire box of nuggets. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a complete order and repeatedly receive missing items. Please double-check orders before handing them to customers. This has happened way too many times.
Its impressive how consistantly they are giving out terrible food. Everytime over done burgers that are old and dry. Buns are the same way. Sweet tea tastes like coffee mixed in. Asked for mac sauce on the double. Think that happened? Of course not. My expectations are low. But cmon...
