Had a mobile pickup and neverrr had an issue with Picking up my orders through Mobile pickup. Tonight 8/22 , had the most rude unprofessional service ever! Took forever for them to try to find my order which sounded like they didn’t know what they were doing. I had the order on my phone. Then the girl didn’t get her name, said they can’t make it since they can’t find it yet I had it on my phone and never had an issue with orders. To the manager! With your 20 + yrs of experience you should that after conducting an interview you should know to wash your hands before dropping fries. Now the fry basket is contaminated! Don't get smart cause a customer asks you to wash your hands, they shouldn't have too.
The food was ok. It would appear that instead of scrambled eggs I was given folded eggs for two breakfasts. Hash browns not bad today. Something clearly blew up in there because it smelled like rotten eggs. My guess is sewer. Got out of there quick!
