Took me twenty minutes to get my food, ended up having pickles and mayo on my chicken sandwich which I specifically said not to put on and I had a coffee that they also got wrong I asked for a Carmel and they gave me a regular medium iced coffee when I asked for a large.
If there’s not enough time to have a second person on the second ordering hub then don’t have it open… shouldn’t have to sit in line for 15 minutes watching 10 cars go by next to me because we’re sitting and waiting for the person who’s also running the window to get to us between runs.
Spent my entire lunch waiting in the drive thru for my mobile order. Finally got up to the window and was told their mobile system was down and they couldn’t process my order or give a refund for 2 business days. Left with no food and less money. I had to go back to work hungry because I didn’t have enough time to go somewhere else. I would have appreciated being told at the ordering process that the system was down. Then I could have left and had more time to get food somewhere else.
