Spent my entire lunch waiting in the drive thru for my mobile order. Finally got up to the window and was told their mobile system was down and they couldn’t process my order or give a refund for 2 business days. Left with no food and less money. I had to go back to work hungry because I didn’t have enough time to go somewhere else. I would have appreciated being told at the ordering process that the system was down. Then I could have left and had more time to get food somewhere else.
They didn’t give us one of our meals and we had somewhere to be, so we couldn’t go back and one of the kids didn’t get a meal.
After sitting out there, drive through for twenty minutes for three items, I can confirm this location is not worth going to...
