Giving the service a 0!!! Terrible lazy employees. Just as a customer going in myself and has a doordasher. As a doordasher, they say the food is ready and it’s not which screws us over!! This place should NOT be allowed to be on doordash.
This has to be one of the most unorganized McDonalds I have ever visited. Not only is the service slower than going to a sit down resturaunt, but the staff presents as obviously overwhelmed, which i watched turn into nasty, rude, and unprofessional behavior towards the guests. Who ever the GM of this location is needs to urgently schedule an onsite visit to re-establish training and customer service.
Once again I got another burger that was burnt and no ketchup or other condiments that come with the quarter pounder were in it. This has happened numerous times. I won't return to this restaurant
