Apparently 10 minutes is equivalent to "less than 2 minutes." Got pulled and waited 10 minutes (was told it would be less than 2 minutes) before my husband had to go in, just to end up with freezing cold burritos.
You have to wait on your food. They have you pull to the side to get you out of line. They also don't have hot coffee after 6 pm.
