This location is run by a bunch of teenagers. We went and placed an order online at the kiosk and placed that we were paying in cash at the front counter. After waiting for 20 minutes, no one came up our order was never made, and they looked at us one time and went right back to working the drive-through. We drove through the drive-through and let them know that we had been sitting inside all this time and waited for somebody to come up. I ordered a Mcgriddle and got a breakfast biscuit instead. And there was only one customer in the whole building.and one car on the drive thru.

Worst McDonald's around. Floors are filthy, drink station is a mess and not fully functioning. Half the time the lobby is closed due to lack of employees. Sometimes the whole store. I have seen how they treat the employees so it is no wonder. Go to the Trinity location. They are the best or the new Burger King in front of Ballantrae. Update: I stopped in just to get a large diet coke and stepped up to the counter to place the order. Stood there for ten minutes, trying to get people's attention to come.And take my order yet.T... read more
