No one would acknowledge us at the drive through. We pulled around and had to order at the first window. The staff acted as if it was our fault no one acknowledged us at the inside five thru lane. But it always , hit or miss with this McDonald's. Customer service is NEVER consistent. It's truly a shame management can't get this aspect together. Customers are why they even have a job.
Last Wednesday my wife and I went to this restaurant. We have been eating there for years. Lately the service has been awful. We waited for about ten minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence. I am sorry but I became angry and let them know it. A fellow told us they were short handed. They were putting all there effort in the drive through window. I told him him that is not my problem and the least the employees could do was recognize our presence. We left.
