Too many times I place an order, have to sit in a line, and they wait to tell me they’re out of something. 2x it happened after I paid.
The male manager was extremely unprofessional at the window. I ordered a mobile order for drive thru. I went to the drive thrue wi dow to pick it up. He I gnored opening the window. I then knocked on the window and he opened with an attitude and said yeah! I said I have a mobile order he said u have to go all the way back around to the order screen and said give them the number.
