This happened to me too a few months back. I use to eat there all the time, but have never been back since. I go to the 8th street store where they treat the customer appropriately. They actually give you the mustard.... In return, I'm a regular customer!
One of the managers in this store is just plain awful. I purchased a value meal and my total was over $7.00. When I asked for a package of honey mustard I was told that I would have to pay an additional .10! I asked if I could get a ketchup credit and I was told in a smart way, " hey I dont make the rules". I payed the .10 on my credit card and vowed never to eat at that particular store again. By the way, every McDonalds that I have been in since has never charged for a mustard when you place an order.
