I placed an order online but once I arrive there they said they couldn’t see my order and the staff members didn’t help and assist me even I asked them to help me and called the manager unfortunately no responsibly at this location
I ordered online for a quick pickup, but the experience was anything but fast or convenient. When I got my food, I realized there wasn't a single napkin in the bag. I stood at the counter for 10 full minutes before any staff member even bothered to acknowledge me. When someone finally came over, I explained the issue, but they didn't understand English at all.
