We have tried to give this location a couple of tries - every time we go there is an issue with our order. What part of "Iced Coffee, no cream, no sugar" is not understandable? They kept asking what flavor we wanted, and I just said "plain, black iced coffee". When we got to the window they handed us a HOT coffee! We said it's supposed to be iced - and do you know what they did? POURED the hot coffee over the ice, thus giving me a watered down coffee that was warm. You have one job.
