We were initially in the first lane, but they avoided us and went to the second lane. And they start take order the other cars, and they left us waiting. When we did talk to manager she started defending them as if they hadn’t done anything.

If you go in the morning the crew is extremely rude , especially the "blonde" manager . What a horrible attitude
