Horrible Customer Service. Had 4 people waiting in line for 10+ min without being acknowledged by a single employee. Since you forced customers to order from a computer you completely neglect the customers that walk in. There was a doordasher that went behind the counter to grab his order, then the hispanic female manager started barking at him. The store was not busy and everyone was in the back goofing off. The customers do not care about your drive thru times and thats all you seem to focus on.
5 stars for Grimace! I had to stop for an iced tea at this one for the people vibe alone.
This is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been. The servers are all very friendly.
Leaving this review because I’ve had an awkward pick up the last two times I’ve been there. I randomly stop at this location on my way home from work every once in a while if I haven’t had a lunch and the food is always amazing and very quick to come out however, the last two times I’ve been there the gentleman who brings my food out tells me it’s going to be a $5 charge for him to bring it out to me..?
