Mcdonald's has lost its way. If they wanna continue to cater towards people who don't want to talk to each other, well, if they're going to continue to put doordash orders in front of people's orders who actually come to their establishment, and if they want to continue to hire people that shy away from the front counter and hype back around in the kitchen deny as a previous customer wave the white flag and check out. If I could rate it lower I would. Worst experience ever. I waited for 45 minutes for my food to come, and when I got it my blue razz freeze was melted, it soaked everything on the tray, and they forgot my milkshake. And forgot the kids drink which meal was also soaked.

Watching a manager repeatedly berate employees instead of talking care of customer issues. Telling at customer after waiting over 30 minutes for his food. None of this was my order, his employees do not need to be berated in front of customers ever. Problems start at the top, he needs to be spoken to about his behavior towards employees and customers. I've never seen a manager with that attitude at another McDonald's.
