Service is terrible. Food is Subpar. You don't get serviced in a timely fashion, Even if you place the online order ahead of time. Their sole focus is the drive up window and that timer, Especially on Weekend Day shift!
The lady in the second window was extremely rude and act like it’s was a problem with doing her job. I asked for my food cook to order and I still got cold fries and nuggets. I wanted to keep the rest of my food but she want the whole bag back. Than I asked her a question kept saying have a goodnight mam. And I told her I was tell her store mananger and she said his sister is right here. And the all was laughing. Cuz clearly she know they not doing there jobs and she don’t care neither.
If you go through the drive thru, expect to be late to your next endeavor.
I called this morning just super curious because I have been coming here for the past week and they don’t have the stickers for the Monopoly game, and the guy manager was so rude not even knowing people are ordering these items to be able to play the game. It would just be a little more thoughtful if they let customers know that they don’t have the stickers on the items
