The worst McDonald's in Michigan. The employees are rude to customers and employees. One employee was crying being sent home for a false accusation by a customer that I personally witnessed. The manager tells me they don't do refills on drinks which is crazy, I've never heard of this. McDonald's needs to work on providing a better work environment so their employees aren't so miserable all the time. Now I can you totally see why a manager at McDonald's was stabbed last week. This is one of the worst McDonalds restaurants I’ve been to. I was in line for 15 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to order. The young lady running the drive through seemed unconcerned and unapologetic with the wait. The customer service at McDonalds is generally bad…but this one found a way to make the experience worse. I decided to leave and eat at the restaurant across the street, much faster and better service!
