Ice cream machine broke like always, N person on speaker was rude and rushing so didn't order anything more than a drink .
We order on the app and I spend 45 minutes waiting at the restaurant for the manager just told me that the order was cancelled and they don't know what happened. Its Friday at 6:30 and I got here at 540. This is unacceptable all the crew members were playing and talking each other
EXCELLENT customer service! Adrian did an absolutely amazing job. Greeted us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our order came out fresh and tasted amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism of Adrian. That young is going places!
Ordered on app paid and I waited over 15 minutes. Had to bang on the door to get someone to come. They acted like they didn't know I was out there waiting. Then proceeded to tell me they had an order that was just sitting there. I was the only one waiting. Why would they not come out and ask if this was my food. Others have done it before. No apologies just brought me out my cold food.
