Food was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the restaurant had trash and spilled drinks all over the floor and they messed up our order (which is completely fine) when we went to the counter to tell them they just said oops and made us wait almost an hour for one cheeseburger. The workers were talking about my family in a derogatory way
I stopped for an iced coffee earlier, and for the first time in what felt like forever, I saw smiles, was thanked, and conversed briefly with McDonald's associates. The people working the drive thru gave me hope that not all service industry workers are dead inside and let that radiate externally.
