We all know that fast food experiences are never going to be perfect, but the service at this store is absolutely terrible. I waited in a drive thru line for 10 minutes to be told at the window my food wasn’t ready yet, they asked me to wait in mobile spot 3. Okay whatever, no big deal, 15 minutes later an employee walked out with my food, all they said was “Sorry, dude” and ran away back inside. Why am I paying more for this food than ever before and the service is worse than it’s ever been?
Went in for a sausage egg mcmuffin meal with bacon on it. Left the store and opened my meal and took the first bite to realize they forgot the sausage patty!... How is this even possible??? A sausage egg mcmuffin... and they forgot the sausage... Went back to the store and they corrected it... but how is this even possible? Does the sausage not go on first? Who is watching or training these employees?
Soggy fries, stale tomato, and that beef patty must have been sitting on the warmer for half hour or more.
Horrible food, lousy management, poor service standards. The managers can be proud of having been to the Hamburger University which obvioulsy cannot school attendees in common sense.
