Took a little longer then I expected because I went in and it seems like they serve drive thru first
Service is often slow and the food is not consistent.
Ever since they got taken over by new owners it’s been slow and i’ve had a negative experience every time. Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order so i called in and turns out they had my food sitting out on the counter as if it was a doordash order. Food was cold.
They be playin’. I ordered TWO orders of hotcakes — SIX hotcakes total — and asked for ONE extra butter. Each order normally comes with two butters and one syrup, so I should’ve had at least four butters and two syrups BEFORE the extra butter. They gave me TWO butter packets and ONE syrup. For SIX hotcakes. What did McDonald’s expect me to do, butter the first two and then choke down the remaining stack like a pelican swallowing drywall??? I didn’t even eat half of them.
