Ordered through the app to make sure my order was ready when I got there. Got there about 10 minutes after I ordered. Stood in the store for another 10. Got my order. My iced tea lemonade was almost all ice and lemonade. Could not see or taste any iced tea. Fries were cold and soggy and my Mac chickens were a mess just lettuce and mayonnaise all over the wrapper.
The mcgriddle was okay I guess. All it tastes like is syrup. Waited a solid twenty minutes in the parking lot after checking in, while it wasn't busy before we had to just go in and deliver our food to our car ourselves. Got the steak egg and cheese biscuit. It came with onions, cheese, a broken up ground beef patty, no eggs, and rock hard biscuit, almost like someone stomped on it and then threw it in a microwave. Never again. My dog liked the biscuit though, after I picked out the onions.
I ordered a sweet tea and there was a bug in my drink. I returned to exchange for another and honestly the guy made it feel like I put the bug in there for a monopoly piece on the cup 😂 but he put some sort of syrup or sticky stuff on my 2nd drink and I had to run to the restroom to wash my hands because the hand sanitizers stations was not filled up.
