I placed a curbside order at 6:41...I got to the store by 6:45...let them know I was there... walked inside and waited patiently at the pick up line since no one came to my car and it was raining..there was a cashier Daryl? The lobby was NOT busy but this employee decided to just stand there and when questions were asked this person looked confused or couldn't give you an answer..took 2 customer's orders then just stood there. No napkins, no ice, no syrup for the pancakes, no milk, no communication these items were missing when you ordered the pancake meal, and no manager that cares.

The absolute smallest bagel sandwich I've ever seen! The top touched the bottom all the way around and the egg only covered maybe half. 1 partial piece of bacon for the entire sandwich. The hash browns were forgotten, the drinks forgotten, and they were out of ketchup packets and cups for the dispenser.
Always love the service and vibes here. The food is awesome!
