Disappointed because I was looking forward to a nice hot breakfast, instead everything was cold. Staff could care less as I noticed everyone standing around chatting having a social hour. Also served my big breakfast to me with no utensils.
Spicy chicken sandwich could have been better. It was like a big chicken nugget rather than a chicken breast.

I have been visiting this location for years. It has become inconsistent. Today, I was the only customer for an early breakfast. The food was only moderately warm, not hot. The coffee was good. The crew didn’t have time to get it right, but did have time for a loud and extended social conversation which detracted from the in-store experience. This store is longer executing consistently well.
