Worst McDonald's ever. Takes forever to get the food out. Doesn't even check orders that are ready to be served. Manager with an attitude. Gives out sauces to other people but tells me to pay for the sauces. Have some standard.
I waited 30 mins for my order and no one updated me on what was going on. Two other customers had walked in after I already paid for my food and both received their foods way before me. Very disappointing
Thank you to filling it up to the McTop, Y’all… A little more ice probably would’ve done the trick! My favorite fast food hamburger, the Big Mac, was cold, as were my fries. My fries weren’t even completely cooked, but my strawberry shake was yummy! Lastly, I felt rushed, even though I was the only one in the drive-through.
Service is super slow. Made my order when I arrived at the mobile pickup spot and they made me wait 15 mins before bringing out the order. I asked for some condiments and there was nothing in my bag. I had to walk to the counter to ask for some and they would only give me one. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE.
Normally I don’t do ratings on fast food restaurants since most of the time they are extremely well done but there’s been multiple instances in which I go to this particular McDonald’s and I always leave dissatisfied. The service always being the thing that upsets me… They are always rude and it gets annoying. Specifically talking about one colored worker, I forget his name and I apologize.
