They were a bit understaffed for the Fourth of July, so our food took longer than expected. However, Tommy was excellent—he kept us updated throughout the wait, sincerely apologized for the delay, and made sure we felt taken care of.

The lady working the drive through was rude, rushed everyone in front of me and myself, and apparently got several orders wrong because of that. When we got to the window, our order was also wrong. I was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience, but she was rolling her eyes and was quite rude despite my apology.
