I placed my order on the way to the location so that I can utilize the option to have my food brought out. I didn’t have an overly complicated order, a mini Mc flurry and some fries. I put it on the app when I arrived and I waited 20 minutes for food that never came out. Waited in curbside for 30 minutes and no one brought out my food had to go in just to get my food and waited 10 minutes inside when my food was already ready and no one had wanted to bring the food out…
The young lady at the drive through window at 8:30am on Friday August 8 was running both lines and taking payment- by herself! She was kind and friendly, under a high stress job where many would be short and rude. Someone give this young lady a raise (and some help!)
