Based on 3 separate experiences here, each time the meal was incomplete. 1. Burger missing condiments 2. Frys diddnt have any salt. 3. They forgot a sandwich I paid for. The last McDonald's I knew with this bad of quality was located off of HWY51 near the DMV(its not there anymore). Burger King accross the street 100% better.
Just did a mobile order for spot number nine and they never came out but wing let me cancel
Not clean,foid just thrown together.
Ate inside the restaurant. No napkins present at all, not with the food nor out where someone ould get their own. No ketchup(present didn't work), no soda machine(present didn't work). For some reason or another, these were very deliberate choices that this location made about how to run the place. Over half of the tables were dirty. Not a few crumbs, like lettuce and sauces on them. My son wanted to eat inside a McDonald's while we were in Madison, or I wouldn't have stayed at all. Food was as expected, just fine.
