Better then the one across town
Very clean and bathrooms are nice
I am so frustrated with this location. Every single time I come here, I’m asked to pull forward. It seems like everyone is being pulled into the mobile order stalls just to make the drive thru times look better, but that doesn’t reflect the actual customer wait time. Every stall ends up full of people waiting. On top of that, the service has become increasingly disappointing. The staff is often rude, and almost every visit something is missing from my order. Walked to @McDonalds (1998 Dave Lyle Blvd, Rock Hill SC) at 10:20 PM after my car broke down. Lobby closes at 11, but doors were locked. The manager literally made an F-off gesture at us through the window. Unacceptable.
