Had three separate doordash orders canceled because the staff can't figure out what they're doing..... Kids hungry and the manager has no rational explanation..... This place should be shut down
I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order through the mobile app and sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes at the odering speaker. Man preceded to tell me “ we have big door dash order it’ll be a minute “. This is NOT fare to me nor the others in the drive thru. If I did not already pay for my food I would have left just like the multiple other cars I seen leave. This is ridiculous! This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to and will not be back. The wait at this location is absolutely unacceptable. Every single time I come (which is always just for a splurge on the weekend for a large fry) I wait so long just to order that my code expires! Clearly management doesn’t care because all of the reviews here say the same thing. Then they have the nerve to be rude and display terrible customer service at that. This location needs an entire staff overhaul and to start from scratch.
