Coffee is great
I like their app more than I like their food. The ice cream is good when the machine is not being cleaned, and I like their chicken nuggets.
The people at the drive thru weren't even listening and then when I went up to the window they didn't even have my order correct. Then when my granddaughter tried asking a question the lady ignored her. So disrespectful to a child. And then the lady said I'm listening to her in a disrespectful voice. Terrible service never coming back
It's faster to drive to a different mcdonalds than to wait in their line, repeat your order 5 times, and have them still get it wrong I go back every once in a while because the location is convenient, but every time I get burned. Typically it's by short lines with long wait times, this time it was ordering 2 things and having them still get 1 wrong (no substitutions, nothing complicated or off menu). I'm not going to be going to this location again.
If you're picking up your food inside you have to make a lot of fuss, or they'll just prepare the order and set it on the counter back in the kitchen and never bring it out to where you can grab it.
