I went through the drive through and gave my mobile order code. The employee then repeated it and said I was at the wrong location. I picked my kids up from school with no food and returned after verifying it was the right location. I walked in this time and had the manager on duty verify the location and my order. She then explained to me she couldn't give me my food because I had not gone through the drive through. The crew members specifically the lady who works in the front is very very slow and takes very long time to get the order, prepare the order and for one refill she took like 2 minutes despite the fact she wasn’t very busy but it seems she enjoys keeping customers wait. This isn’t the first time!
